Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services
Moose & Co provides professional dog training, behaviour consultations, walking, and care services. This includes feeding, exercise routines, and basic health monitoring during sessions.
Clients agree to the terms below when engaging our services.
2. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information about your dog’s health, behaviour, dietary needs, and vaccination status.
- Disclose any history of aggression, medical conditions, allergies, or food intolerances.
- Follow training homework and recommendations between sessions for best results.
3. Health & Vaccinations
- All dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations, flea, and worm treatments before attending sessions.
- Moose & Co reserves the right to refuse or pause services if a dog is unwell, shows contagious illness, or exhibits unsafe behaviour.
4. Feeding & Care During Sessions
- Owners must provide any special dietary items or medications in clearly labeled containers.
- Feeding during sessions will follow the owner’s instructions and Moose & Co’s guidelines for safety.
5. Behaviour & Safety
- Owners must disclose any aggressive or dangerous behaviour.
- Moose & Co may refuse service or terminate a session if a dog’s behaviour poses a risk to staff, other dogs, or public safety.
- Group walks will have a maximum of 6 dogs, and certain breeds may be excluded for safety reasons.
6. Appointments, Late Arrivals & Cancellations
- Please arrive on time for scheduled sessions. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions without refund.
- Cancellations will result in a loss of initial booking deposit.
- Sessions may be rescheduled in case of extreme weather or emergencies.
7. Payment Terms
- Payments are due as agreed before or at the time of service.
- Accepted payment methods: [List methods, e.g., bank transfer, card, cash].
- Late payments may incur fees or suspension of services.
- Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to a future booking with advance notice.
8. Liability
- Moose & Co is not liable for injury, illness, or damage caused by your dog during or after training/walking sessions.
- Owners are responsible for all veterinary fees or costs arising from emergencies.
- We are not liable for loss, damage, or theft of client belongings on our premises or during walks.
- Owners accept that training results may vary and are not guaranteed.
9. Emergency Procedures
- In an emergency, we may transport your dog to a veterinary clinic if you or your emergency contact cannot be reached promptly.
- You agree to be responsible for all associated veterinary costs.
10. Media & Training Materials
- Photos, videos, and training materials provided are for client use only and must not be shared or reproduced without permission.
- If consent is given, Moose & Co may use media for marketing; clients can withdraw consent at any time.
11. Third-Party Care
- If another trainer or team member cares for your dog, prior owner consent will be obtained.
12. Puppies & Young Dogs
- Puppies under 6 months must have appropriate vaccination schedules and age-appropriate training/walking limits.
13. Training Philosophy
- Moose & Co uses a positive reinforcement, force-free approach in all training and care activities.
14. Changes to Terms
- Moose & Co reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Clients will be notified of major changes in advance.
By booking or using Moose & Co services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
